We hope you will enjoy it. How else could we start our news as with ...
Nothing is as old as yesterday's newspaper. But sometimes it is interesting to have a look into the past. We will tell about some selected projects. Please don't hesitate to contact us, when you have any questions.
All these projects were performed by bit field technologie.
After 5 years of Te.Ma.S and Te.Ma.S-office operation in Mannheim tank farm a revamp of the whole software including operating system (Ubuntu Linux) and database (PostgreSQL) was realized. A ftp-Server for data exchange via MPKS was set up to work on Linux.
SADHES is the Estonian Version of EMCS "Excise Movement and Control System" . We expanded an existing Te.Ma.S-System in Tallinn with the creation of documents for customs and receiving and interpreting the answers.
Te.Ma.S was used for loading into trucks in ORLEN refinery for 8 years. All the usual products are handled using 22 loading arms on 6 bottom loading and 6 top loading islands. After 8 years of operation a revamp of the software was due.
Te.Ma.S was adapted to SLES 11 and the database was set up as a hot standby system. Te.Ma.S itself was not changed. This makes us proud, because it tells us, that the customer ranks our system as modern even after 8 years - and least but not least: he is satisfied with it.
in cooperation with the computing centre of synchron-is, Stuttgart, we extended Te.Ma.S to allow data exchange according to the specs of this project. This version of Te.Ma.S was installed in Kehl as the first terminal.
In 2011 we have installed a Te.Ma.S-System for storage of fuel into tanks. The Te.Ma.S handles 4 microLoads, exchanges data with a Siemens PLC, collects levels and temperature from a tank gauging system, identifies trucks via ID-card readers and so on.
80-100 trucks bring appr. 3000t of fuel per day. Density is controlled in real time. In case of failure Te.Ma.S emits alarms and/or stops the loading via PLC. The trucks are announced via a REST-interface. Several other interfaces allow the operators or customers to enter data into the system.
Extensive reports allow control of all product movements.
